The Irish fine porcelain manufacturer WATERFORD WEDGWOOD will acquire the HUTSCHENREUTHER brand (turnover of DM 100 million in 1999) from the bankrupt German manufacturer WINTERLING. HUTSCHENREUTHER operates in two factories in Bavaria.
