ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) pharmaceuticals

The Swiss NOVARTIS and the Japanese KAO have created a joint company in the field of prescription free medication whose initial capital totals 480 million Yen. Named NOVARTIS KAO it will be held 50-50 by the two partners and will initially employing 26 persons.
