01/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - A delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe is on an official trip to Belarus, from 31 July to 4 August, to assess the current political situation in the country, and progress made in setting up the conditions necessary for the holding of democratic elections, on 15 October.
