TEMPUS III could be extended to non-associated countries of Central and Eastern Europe

Brussels, 01/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council has just adopted a decision enabling the EU to extend the trans-European programme for cooperation in higher education (TEMPUS III) to other non-associated countries from Central and Eastern Europe than those mentioned in the former decision 1999/311/ECX, namely, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
