The Dutch KPN and the American PEROT SYSTEMS will create a joint 50-50 subsidiary developing applications centred on the telecommunications industry. The subsidiary will initially employ 300 people and should manage a turnover of USD 50 million in the first year and USD 300 million in the five following years.
