Brussels, 20/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The 900 members of the local and regional authorities of the 29 European countries gather, from 14 to 17 June in Oulu (Finland), for the 21st General Assembly of the municipalities and regions of Europe (CCMR) adopted a statement "Good governance today in Europe".
