ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) breweries

With a view to focusing on its main activity, beer, the Danish brewery CARLSBERG has sold its 43.43% stake in the Tivoli fun park to Danish investors SKANDINAVISK TOBAKSKOMPANI and UAGUSTINUS FABRIKKER for the sum of DKr 308 million.
