Luxembourg, 20/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Agriculture Council's first debate on the introduction of national income stabilisation funds for pig farmers confirmed the criticisms of the Commission's proposals already expressed by agricultural organisations and the Special Agriculture Committee (SAC).
