Brussels, 20/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Within the framework of the annual conference of Europe's regional public television stations, the European Commission awarded two prizes of EUR 5,000 each to "cross border" TV programmes. Entitled "Les handicapés exilés en Belgique", one of the prizewinning subjects, broadcast in the Euro 3 magazine in collaboration with a Belgian channel (RTBF Charleroi), French channel (TV3, Nord Pas-de-Calais/Picardie) and British channel (Meridian TV, Kent)...
