Appeal by David Byrne to EP and Council on the occasion of the "World No Tobacco Day"

Brussels, 31/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - On 31 May, decreed World No Tobacco Day by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the European Commissioner for Health David Byrne, stressed that the Union's fight against tobacco addiction was entering a decisive stage in the coming weeks.
