Brussels, 31/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Wednesday evening, there was still uncertainty o the place and date of the signing ceremony of the new ACP/EU Partnership Agreement initially planned for Fiji. According to an ACP diplomatic source, the Committee of ambassadors was not convinced by the idea recommended by the ACP Bureau of the Committee of Ambassadors to decide by vote between Benin, Jamaica, Mauritius, Papua-New-Guinea (the four candidates to host the event, after the voluntary...
