31/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Six EU Member States (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Sweden) are to sign a "letter of intent" in July, of a binding nature, on common rules for their armaments policies, notably concerning a single definition of needs, research, industrial and technological security and exports.
