In Istanbul, Loyola de Palacio defends European frequency requests, essential for Galileo satellite navigation system

Brussels, 16/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Speaking on Monday at the Istanbul Conference on Telecommunications, Commissioner de Palacio defended European requests for frequency attributions, which are essential for the development of Galileo, the European satellite navigation project.
