The French group FLO has taken over BISTRO ROMAIN, specialised in Mediterranean cuisine (91 million euro turnover in 1999 with 6.2 million customers and 63 establishments), for 71.6 million euro. In the basis of pro forma accounts, FLO should have a turnover of 383 million euro in 2000.
