President Romano Prodi to convene a European social dialogue mini-summit on 25 May

Brussels, 16/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - In the perspective of the forum to be held on 15 June next (bringing together representatives of the Council, European Parliament, European Central Bank and the European social partners to determine how to coordinate an economic and employment strategy), European Commission President Romano Prodi will convene on 25 May a European Social Dialogue mini-summit, in which Commissioner for Social Affairs Anna Diamantopoulou will participate.
