Rothley welcomes the order of the Court of First Instance on Olaf investigations within the European Parliament

Brussels, 04/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - German Social-Democrat Willi Rothley, who, followed by 70 other MEPs had in January lodged a complaint against the European Parliament's decision authorising investigations in its midst by the Anti-Fraud Office, Olaf, welcomed the order of the Court of First Instance on 2 May suspending the decision, until the substance of the case has been settled (see EUROPE of 3 May, p.11).
