ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agri-food

France's BONDUELLE (232.4 million euro turnover in the first quarter 2000) has taken its share in the capital of the Italian firm CIELO E CAMPO (ready-prepared green salads) from 25% to 90% for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will provide an extra turnover of FF 200 million in a full year, says BONDUELLE.
