The British specialist in fresh products PERKINS FOODS (consolidated turnover of 460 million euro in 1999) has taken over the French firm BRINDELICES (annual turnover of 9.9 million with a workforce of 52), specialised in the manufacture of mixed salads sold in large and medium-sized supermarkets.
