Paris, 25/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The French Minister for European Affairs, Pierre Moscovici, said on the radio that, were Silvio Berlusconi to take power in Italy, his alliance with "far-right and xenophobic parties" in the regional elections of 16 April "would raise problems".
