ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

The French group CHARGEURS has signed an agreement with the American IVEX PACKAGING CORP, whereby it will buy the US group's specialised surface coating business for USD 113 million. These activities represented turnover of around USD 90 million in 1999.
