25/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Economic and Social Committee's study group on Estonia, meeting in Tallin (Estonia), with the participation of Estonian political figures and representatives of civil society, reviewed this country's preparedness for EU accession. The ESC will be drafting a new own-initiative opinion on Estonia, with Filip Hmro-Drotz (Employers, Finland) serving as rapporteur.
