Brussels, 12/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission formally adopted its proposal, announce last week, authorising the Member States to create in their countries a fund to help pig farmers cope with the significant fluctuations in prices that may arise during crisis such as those that have hit the sector these two last years.
