ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) industrial gas

The American firm AIR PRODUCTS (industrial gas) has concluded a partnership agreement with the non-profit making Antadir (national federative association for home treatment of chronic respiratory problems). A joint-venture called HOLD'AIR will be created in the framework of this agreement, in which AIR PRODUCTS will have a 70% stake and Antadir 30%.
