Brussels, 04/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint-venture in the fertiliser trade sector, between three German companies (Chemag (group Metallgesellschaft), BayWa (group Bayerische Raiffeisen Beteiligungs) and Carl Beiselen (group Schuler & Co Vermogensverwaltungen). The role of the joint-venture will be to import fertiliser into Germany from countries of Central and Eastern Europe and supply it to wholesalers.
