ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

Belgium's FARDEM (turnover of EUR 36.06 million in 1998 with 180 employees), soon to be renamed FARDIS, has signed a letter of intent with PERRIER VITTEL FRANCE for the takeover of all shares in the French company CEISA (sales of more than EUR 27 million in 1999 with 156 employees). The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
