Authorisation of acquisition of United Biscuit by Finalrealm (PAI Management and Cinven)

Brussels, 04/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of United Biscuit by Finalrealm, a company created for this operation by the investment management companies PAI Management (France) and Cinven (England). Finalrealm announced its public bid on 14 January and took the commitment to sell the assets of United Biscuits in Danone if the operation is a success.
