European Parliament approves "EU service provision cards" authorising - with some precautions - third country nationals living in a Member State to provide services in another Member State

Brussels, 04/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of two reports by Austrian Socialist Maria Berger, the European Parliament agrees that an EU service provision card may be issued, with some precautions, to third country nationals residing in an EU Member State so that they may provide services in another Member State.
