Brussels, 07/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - Wilfried Beirnaert (employers group Belgium) announced "in Europe, each year 600 million working days are lost due to accidents in the workplace or illness. This worrying figure shows the need and importance of health and safety in the workplace where we spend an average of a third of our lives.
