Britain's Peter Sedgwick appointed EIB Vice-President

Luxembourg, 07/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - Peter Sedgwick has been appointed Vice-President of the European Investment Bank. He will represent the United Kingdom for six years on the European financing institution's Management Committee, which comprises a President and eight Vice-Presidents. The United Kingdom was represented by Sir Brian Unwin as President of the EIB until last December.
