The Belgian firm BRICSNET (software for the construction sector) is to take over the American firm ARCAT - THE ARCHITECT'S CATALOG for some $5 million, operation in the form of cash and options on BRISNET shares. ARCAT, one of the main information publishers in the world of construction in the United States, generated a turnover in 1999 of $2.5 million.
