According to annual reports on atmospheric pollution by ozone in the summers of 1998 and 1999, the level of exposure in the population and ecosystem's is not improving.

Brussels, 03/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's annual reports, published last year, on the concentration levels of tropospheric ozone in the Union during the 1998 and 1999 holiday season (See EUROPE of 13 October p.14) are alarming.
