The Spanish stock market companies NORBOLSA and IBERSECURITIES, specialised in the management of assets and in the securities market and up until now independent, have passed last 23 December under the control of the Portuguese group BES-BANCO ESPRITO SANTO that paid between EUR 65 and 90 million. According to the Bloomberg agency, BETA CAPITAL should also come under the control of the Belgian FORTIS who already owns 30% of its capital.
