Suggestions from Mr. De Silguy to reinforce and develop the role and credibility of the Euro on Financial markets

Paris, 03/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - In the "editorial" published in the French daily "Le Figaro", Yves-Thibault de Silguy ex-European Commissioner responsible for economic and financial affairs during the preparation for the Euro and its launch.
