António Costa condemns Russian attacks on civilians

16/04/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 16 April, President of the European Council António Costa spoke out against Russia’s latest “horrendous” attack on civilian targets in Ukraine. During the night, the cities of Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Kharkiv were hit by dozens of ballistic missiles and hundreds of drones. “Russian armed forces deliberately carried out follow-up strikes on Ukrainian emergency services as first responders arrived to save lives,” Mr Costa revealed....
