European Commission delighted EU Ecolabel spreading rapidly by 2026

16/04/2026 (Agence Europe) – The EU Ecolabel is set to gain momentum in 2026, as welcomed by the European Commission on Thursday 16 April. By March 2026, 116,692 products and services had been labelled, supported by 3,541 licences, 97% of which were in the European Economic Area. Since September 2025, the number of certified products has risen by 7% and the number of licences by 5%.
