Four pornographic content platforms subject to formal investigation by European Commission for insufficient protection of minors

On Thursday 26 March, in a preliminary assessment, the European Commission determined that the platforms Pornhub, Stripchat, XNXX and XVideos are in breach of the DSA, the regulation governing digital services, by failing to sufficiently protect minors from accessing pornographic content.
