European Union welcomes holding of “peaceful and orderly” elections in Nepal

Brussels, 06/03/2026 (Agence Europe) – In a statement published on Thursday 5 March, the European Union welcomed the holding of parliamentary elections in Nepal on the same day, congratulating the interim government and the electoral and security authorities on the “peaceful and orderly” conduct of the poll.
