Brussels, 10/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – Following validation by the parliamentary committee (see EUROPE B13790A27), the European Parliament validated the provisional agreement on the amendment to European climate legislation to include a target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 at its plenary session in Strasbourg on Tuesday 10 February.
