Brussels, 23/01/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 23 January, the Member States’ ambassadors to the European Union (Coreper) continued their discussions on the future €90 billion loan to Ukraine for 2026 and 2027, this time focusing on the proposal to amend the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) so that the Ukraine support loan is backed by the EU budget (see EUROPE B13786A4).
