“Regulating short-term rentals will have to be done carefully”, says Borja Giménez Larraz, rapporteur for European Parliament’s Committee on Housing

Borja Giménez Larraz (EPP, Spanish) is the rapporteur for the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Housing, which is due to vote in early February on his draft report on affordable housing in the EU. For Agence Europe, the EPP Member of the European Parliament discusses the Action Plan presented by the Commission at the end of December, and calls for caution on the issue of regulating short-term rentals.
