EU sanctions against Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad extended until January 2027

16/01/26 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 16 January, the Council of the European Union decided to extend by one year, until 20 January 2027, the European sanctions (asset freeze, EU travel ban, ban on making funds available) targeting eleven individuals and three entities, including Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
