Cyprus Presidency of EU Council opens debate on revision of Unfair Trading Practices Directive

In view of the European Commission’s intention to present a proposal for the revision of the Unfair Trading Practices Directive in the second half of 2026, the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union has invited the Agriculture Ministers to discuss “the broad political guidelines that could provide guidance for this future revision” at their meeting in Brussels on 26 January.
