Contrary to what we wrote in issue 13775, while the European Parliament did call for “new rules” to govern algorithmic management in the workplace, the EPP succeeded in getting an amendment adopted removing the reference to a “legislative” proposal, so that the European Parliament is now simply asking for a “proposal”.
