23/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 23 October, the European Commission imposed an anti-dumping duty on screws without heads imported from China. Provisional duties imposed in June will also be definitively collected. The rate varies between 54.7% and 73.3% of the net border price. On the same day, the Commission decided to extend its definitive anti-dumping duty on Chinese bicycles, also imported from the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Cambodia, Pakistan and the Philippines. After re-examining the measures, it appeared that the risk of injury to the Union industry was still present and that it was necessary to maintain an anti-dumping tariff on these products. The rate of duty varies from 19.2 to 48.5% of the price. See the regulations on bicycles: https://aeur.eu/f/j41 ; and on screws without heads: https://aeur.eu/f/j42 (LM)
