On Thursday 4 September, the Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Maciej Szpunar, delivered his opinion on case C-572/23 P, which pits the three current or former MEPs Carles Puigdemont, Antoni Comín and Clara Ponsatí against the European Parliament.
