The Trade Ministers of the European Union countries will meet for an extraordinary session in Brussels on Monday 14 July. Current events demand it: trade tensions with the United States rekindled over the weekend, tensions with China are mounting ahead of the bilateral Summit, and publication of the texts of the EU/Mercosur agreement is imminent.
