EU to observe upcoming elections in Guyana and Bolivia

11/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 11 July, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, approved the deployment of an EU Election Observation Mission (EOM) to observe the legislative and regional elections in Guyana on Monday 1 September.
