Donald Tusk wins a vote of confidence in Parliament

11/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 11 June, the Polish government won a vote of confidence in Parliament by 243 votes in favour out of 460 members of the lower house (210 against). The vote was called by Prime Minister Donald Tusk as a show of force following the election of nationalist candidate Karol Nawrocki as President on 1 June (see EUROPE B13651A22).
