At the 10th Human Rights Dialogue, held on 5 June in Kyiv, the European Union reiterated its call for Ukraine to adopt legislation to combat hate crimes and ensure non-discrimination against LGBTIQ people.
According to a press release issued by the European External Action Service on Tuesday 10 June, the EU also stressed the importance of ensuring that Ukrainian legislation on freedom of religion and belief complies with obligations under international law.
