ACER consults on inter-temporal cost allocation mechanisms for financing hydrogen infrastructure

10/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has opened a public consultation, from 10 to 31 March, to seek input on formulating its recommendation regarding inter-temporal cost allocation mechanisms for financing hydrogen infrastructure.
